AGL’s Business to Business division required a rethink as to how better communicate their offering to its existing customers and to lure new ones. They wanted to highlighted AGL’s comprehensive network infrastructure, technological superiority and real value that they add to their customers business. An EDM was designed and deployed using infographics and a simple call to action to communicate these benefits. Existing cusotmers were also provided with case study collateral proving the effectiveness of AGL’s offering. Furthermore, the online bill explainer user experience and user interface was also overhauled to make it more user friendly and intuitive to use.
